 Registration

  • Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the meeting, but presenting authors of abstracts must be registered and paid participants.
  • All expenses (registration, travel, hotel….) associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract, are the responsibility of the presenter.
  • Speakers in oral sessions have to register for the conference by the deadline for early bird registration (14 March 2024), in order to secure their timeslot. The conference registration is open from 1 November 2023 onwards.
  • All registered attendees are invited to an evening reception on 25 April at one of London's most iconic sporting venues, Chelsea Football Club. So whether you are a football fan or not, join us for nibbles and networking.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations received in writing before 31st December 2023 will be refunded less 20% administration fee.
  • Cancellations received between 1st January 2024 and 25th March 2024 will receive a refund of 50% registration fee
  • Cancellations received after 25th March 2024 will be liable for 100% of the registration fee.
