Not related to any specific area of research, this half-day course, focusses on the essentials of R required to get started with R.

This program will go through the basics in R : working with dataframes, types of data, Operators, subsetting ffrom dataframes and working with missing values , deriving graphs.

We offer other Introductory R courses as below:

A one-day course "Introduction to R" : a practical command-based course introducing basics of R required for data manipulation and programming techniques

A two-days course "Foundations in R" : Firstly introducing participants to the basics of R, prior to progressing to the use of widely popular tidyverse package for data management and manipulation and data visualisation using ggplot2 package.

Entry requirements: No experience or previous knowledge to R is required to attend this course.
