We recognised that students' time at Imperial is about more than just studying for a particular degree programme; it’s about building the skills, confidence, and experiences that shape what comes next.
Students told us they want clearer pathways to future opportunities, better visibility of what’s on offer, and a more equitable experience across campuses. In response, we are strengthening how learning connects to your future, making it easier to discover and take part in opportunities beyond your programme, and ensuring you can access the campus spaces, facilities and experiences you need whilst you study.
This means that:
- Students will receive clear, timely information to support learning, including study skills guidance
- Students will have access to careers support at both department and university level
- Students will have opportunities to learn beyond their programmes
- Students will have access to study spaces for independent and group work aligned with their schedules
