Monitoring tools are essential for maintaining the health and performance of our IT systems. They can provide end-to-end visibility of application services, helping support engineers quickly identify and resolve issues.
They offer comprehensive monitoring for infrastructure, applications, cloud components and user experiences, including synthetic monitoring for proactive web based services. They can also capture and track errors in software code, making it ideal for monitoring web and mobile applications.
We offer a several monitoring tools, including; Splunk for quickly identify the failing component of a service, for visibility of Cloud services or when you wish to view the results of synthetic monitoring checks over time, Splunk can also collect the user analytics of a service to understand how people use the service and the impact outages or performance issues can have. Sentry.IO for collecting and tracking errors in software code and Spotlight for in depth investigation of MSSQL instances
