Activate your Imperial account
You will need to activate your account and set up your password to access IT services across Imperial, from email to Wi-Fi and the printers. The video below explains how to do this.
- Undergraduate students: your details, including your username, were sent to you when you received an offer from the College
- Postgraduate students: your details were sent to you shortly after you submitted your application.
Activate your account as soon as you receive your account details. Visit our Activate your Imperial account web page for more information.
Your account details are the same as those you used to track your application and it is not necessary to make any further changes on your arrival.

Online registration for new students
This video will walk you through the process of completing Imperial's registration and annual programme enrolment using the My Imperial portal. You are required to complete this before your programme start date.
