  1. Go to the Guest Access system.
  2. Enter your Imperial username and password.
  3. Select the appropriate account period (1-90 day and conference mode for multiple users options are for staff only) and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you wish to set up access for conference attendees, visit our create conference guest accounts webpage.

Create guest account (1 day access)

Selecting Create guest account (1 day access) will generate a guest username and password. You can select Email Details to yourself to share with your guest. Emails are not a secure way to share information, so sharing details in person or by telephone is preferred.

When guests connect to College Wi-Fi network (Imperial-WPA) using any available PC or device, they will be redirected to a registration page where they will be prompted to enter their guest usernames and passwords.

Create guest account (1-90 days)

Requests for 1-90 days require additional information about your guest (name, email and phone number) so that they can be identified and contacted in the event of misuse or other issues that may arise when they use the account.

Once entered, a username and password will be generated. You can select Email Details and send them to yourself to share with your guest. Emails are not a secure way to share information, so sharing details in person or by telephone is preferred.

When guests connect to College Wi-Fi network (Imperial-WPA) using any available PC or device, they will be redirected to a registration page where they will prompted to enter their guest usernames and passwords.

Notes

To create a guest account, your College account must have the appropriate correct permissions. If you cannot see options you should be able to access, contact the ICT Service Desk.
