ICT managed (Single user) Microsoft Windows desktop
- Set up Windows Hello using face recognition or a PIN.
- Use the free Microsoft Authenticator App on any supported smartphone from Android or Apple store and Bluetooth dongle (Please request a dongle from ICT Service Desk).
- Get a free Hardware Key (FIDO2) from one of our ICT Service Desks or request one via this form.
ICT managed (Shared or multi-user) Microsoft Windows desktop
- Use the free Microsoft Authenticator App on any supported smartphone from Android or Apple store and a Bluetooth dongle (Please request a dongle from ICT Service Desk).

ICT managed (Single user) Microsoft Windows laptop
- Set up Windows Hello using face recognition or a PIN.
