The tool combines a library of over 50,000 scientifically accurate, expert-validated life science icons and templates with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality. BioRender Basic (free plan)

You can create up to five illustrations for educational purposes. This includes things like posters, lecture slides, and lab meetings.

BioRender Premium

We offer premium plans for individuals and teams in both academia and industry. In general, premium users unlock the following additional features and benefits:

• Unlimited illustrations
• High-resolution export (png, jpg, pdf)
• Transparent background with no watermark
• Permission to publish in journals
• Custom icon requests
• Access to all icons and templates
• Labs and Teams unlock additional benefits, like consolidated billing.
• The cost of BioRender is currently $171.40 per annum. 

The license is valid from 15 October – 14 October and any purchases made during the license term will be charged at a pro rata rate.
