ICT has achieved certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS) certifying that we “demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and “aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.”
ISO 27001 is the international standard that sets out the specification for an information security management system (ISMS). Its best-practice approach helps us manage our information security by addressing people and processes as well as technology.
