Your entry in the College Directory feeds information to Microsoft Outlook, the automated and operator switchboard directories, details held by Human Resources, so it is important that the information held about you is accurate and regularly updated. If you require help with the College Directory, contact the ICT Service Desk.

Update the College Directory

  1. Go to the College Directory.
  2. Check your details.
  3. Update your entry in the directory.
  4. Click on View your changes before submitting.
  5. Select Submit changes if the information is correct.

Updating a name on a College telephone

Names displayed on College telephones are not managed by the College Directory. To change the name displayed on your telephone, contact your Telecoms Representative.
