• Led the coordination and execution of networking and ecosystem-building events, working closely with Incubator members, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Manage and maintain the safe, day-to-day operation of the ARC Hammersmith Refinery co-working labs , ensuring shared equipment, facilities and safety systems run to a world-class standard.
• Support startups and researchers to work safely and effectively , delivering inductions, training and ongoing technical guidance while acting as the key point of contact for all laboratory users.
• Build and enhance the Motherlabs community , coordinating events, tours and collaborative activities, while helping drive the development of West Tech London’s wider innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

• Additive Manufacturing: Guidance on designing parts for 3D printing, ensuring structural suitability and efficient, high-quality production.

• Design & Technical Drafting:  Creating accurate 2D/3D models, technical drawings, and design modifications using CAD software to support engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Manufacturing & CNC Support:  Developing and optimizing CAM programs for CNC machining, ensuring efficient production, proper tooling selection, and high-quality component output.
• Part Optimisation for Rapid Development:  Improving component designs to accelerate prototype and production readiness by refining CAD models, simplifying geometry, and generating efficient CAM toolpaths that reduce machining time and support fast iteration cycles.

• Hackspace-Led Teaching & Course Integration:   Department contact for Hackspace-supported teaching, delivering tailored workshops and technical sessions to meet course needs across the College and strengthen practical engineering skills.
• Electronics, Circuit Design, Hardware Coding & Low-Power Systems:   Supporting schematic design, PCB layout, sensor integration, firmware development, and debugging, with specialisation in ultra-low-power, battery-based system design and efficient component selection.
• Bio/Chem Laboratory & Protocol Development:   Designing clear, reproducible lab protocols, optimising assay workflows, and troubleshooting experiments to improve reliability, reduce waste, and streamline data collection.
