Working with hundreds of academics and thousands of students every year, and partnering closely with some of the world's biggest companies, the Imperial Enterprise team is driven to deliver impact at all levels across the globe.

The Enterprise Marketing Communication Working Group brings together all Marketing Communications professionals in Imperial Enterprise and the School of Converging Science on a weekly basis to share portfolio updates, challenges, and successes. Occasionally, the meeting is joined by guest speakers from inside and outside Imperial.

From career development to amplifying your voice, the Enterprise Culture Working Group is here to improve the working culture for both the group and individuals at Imperial Enterprise. Membership includes four co-leads and two senior leadership champions.

This group organises, collates and analyses internal and external data. The data is used as an intelligence tool to provide actionable insight. The group has representation from all departments within Imperial Enterprise.

This is an Enterprise group with members from all teams that meets every two months to spotlight key areas of IP commercialisation:
- Policy focus: IP related policies and recent Policy Updates or focusing on sections for example Student IP policy, Startup Equity, Reward to Inventors etc.
- Internal focus/Training: Improvements and streamlining updates for all: Templates, Turbo-Founders, Sector Royalties Matrix etc., DD
- External focus/Training: Trends, benchmarking performance, benchmarking deals etc. from external speakers
- Brief presentations/Case Studies: for team members to present on recent deals and opportunities (with a focus on joint presentations across teams, for example IPC Exec with Startup Exec and DD exec on a particular case aligned with specific theme of the Forum on that day)
